Our Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors plays a vital role in overseeing the center’s mission to provide accessible, high-quality healthcare. Comprised of community leaders, healthcare professionals, and patient representatives, the Family Medical Centers board ensures that the center’s services align with the needs of the population it serves. They work closely with staff to set policies, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with federal regulations, all while fostering a patient-centered approach to care. With a commitment to improving health outcomes and access, our board is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of the community it serves.

Family Medical Centers receives funding from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status for certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for both the Center and its covered individuals (see 42 U.S.C. 254b and 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n)).
