Lisa Tarter
Lisa, a retired educator, is also a local entrepreneur who operates a catering business and spends time renovating houses. Lisa holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in elementary education from Eastern Kentucky University and has served on the FMC board of directors since 2017. Lisa has two children and one grandson.
