Our Board of Directors

Paula Little, PhD

    Recently retired from the Clinton County School System, Dr. Little serves as Vice Chair of the FMC Board. She held numerous leadership positions at the district level following her start as a high school English teacher. A passionate advocate for lifelong learning, Dr. Little has conducted educational research, worked as a grant writer, and authored numerous publications. Her insights into the impact of poverty on children's learning and development have been instrumental in shaping FMC programs, including the establishment of our Healthy Kids Clinics. Dr. Little and her husband are proud parents of twins who both attend the University of Kentucky.
