Healthy Kids Clinic: Care That Keeps Students Learning

Healthy Kids Clinic – Keeping Students Healthy & Ready to Learn!

We’re excited to offer the Healthy Kids Clinic as a great addition to the traditional school nurse program! By working together, school nurses and our school-based health centers (SBHCs) help ensure students stay healthy and in class, ready to learn.

What We Offer:
  • On-site care for illnesses, well-child visits, physicals, immunizations, and chronic disease management
  • Behavioral health, dental, and vision services (available in select districts)
  • Convenient hours: Open 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM local time (by appointment)
  • Easy access to care – No need for a parent/guardian to be present, but you’re welcome to join!
How It Works:
  • Services are available with parent/guardian permission.
  • Consent forms are sent home at the beginning of the school year, but you can also contact your school nurse to schedule an appointment.
  • After the exam, you will receive verification of the visit summary and results.
