Stephanie Acree, BA, Targeted Case Manager, plays a vital role in assisting court-appointed individuals as they navigate mental health, substance use, and social challenges that impact their compliance with legal requirements. Working in close collaboration with the court system, she provides individualized targeted case management designed to promote stability, ensure adherence to court orders, and improve overall well-being by addressing barriers to success.

Stephanie works directly with defendants, legal professionals, and community providers to assess client needs, develop individualized service plans, and link individuals to essential services, including therapy, substance use treatment, housing support, and employment assistance. Through a client-centered approach, she helps reduce recidivism, promote public safety, and support long-term positive change.
