Cheyayne Thrasher, BA

Behavioral Health Case Manager

Cheyayne Thrasher, Behavioral Health Case Manager, plays a vital role in supporting court appointed individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. In collaboration with the Court system, she provides compassionate, evidence-based care designed to promote stability, increase compliance with court recommendations and improve the individual's quality of life by addressing social determinants of health to promote positive outcomes.

Cheyayne works closely with defendants, the court system, and external service providers to assess needs and connect individuals to essential resources, including therapy, medication management, and preventative supports. By addressing mental health and behavioral concerns within the justice system, we strive to reduce recidivism, enhance public safety, and empower individuals to lead healthier, more productive lives.

At Family Medical Centers, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality behavioral health care, regardless of their circumstances. Our team is dedicated to fostering hope, resilience, and recovery for those navigating the challenges of incarceration
