Abby focuses on assessing needs, developing individualized service plans, and coordinating access to vital resources. Whether working with students navigating special education and therapy services or adults managing chronic conditions and behavioral health needs, Abby is committed to providing person-centered, goal-directed services that reduce barriers and promote long-term success.
