Expanding Behavioral Health Access Through NewView

NewView bridges the gap between health and justice by providing accessible, compassionate care for individuals involved in the court system.

NewView is our newest service delivery model which expands our reach into patient populations that may not have previously had access to care. Located within county courthouses and/or judicial centers, NewView locations provide traditional primary care needs via telehealth as well as target health care needs for the potentially underserved populations that are involved in the court system. On-site behavioral health counseling, family and group therapies, medication assisted treatments, and more are available as an alternative to or complement for traditional correctional actions such as fines and penalties.

"We are excited to have this service right here on site in the courthouse," states county attorney Kevin Shearer. "Having this opportunity in such an accessible location will be a great asset to our efforts to keep our residents safe, healthy, and productive, " continued Shearer.
