Locations

All MyLyfe Wellness College-Based Healthcare locations will be closed in observance of the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Family Medical Centers' immediate/walk-in care facilities are open every day of the year, including weekends and holidays, ensuring quality care 365 days a year. In case of emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Family Medical Centers receives funding from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status for certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for both the Center and its covered individuals (see 42 U.S.C. 254b and 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n)).
