Healthy Kids Clinic - Warren County School District

Services are conducted by our licensed health care providers during regular school hours at the child’s school; parents/guardians do not have to be present for the exam although they are welcome to attend if they should choose. This service is provided only to students with parent/guardian permission. If your child does not have health insurance, please contact us. Our staff will assist you in obtaining coverage.

If you would like your child to have any of these services performed at school, please contact your school nurse for the appropriate consent form. Completed forms must be returned to school by your child. Parents/Guardians will receive a verification of the completion of the exam as well as the results.
