If I need someone to talk to regarding Mental Health Struggles, Substance Use, Suicidal Thoughts who can I call?

CFMC offers behavioral health services including sessions with Licensed Therapists, visits with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, and Case Management. If it is after hours and you need someone to talk to, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline provides free emotional support for individuals in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the United States and its territories. This hotline may be used for mental health struggles, emotional distress, alcohol or drug use concerns, or just needing someone to talk to. This can even be accessed for help caring for a friend, loved one, or yourself.
