Established with the mission of providing accessible, high-quality, and compassionate care, we are dedicated to serving individuals and families from all walks of life.

Our center provides a comprehensive array of services designed to meet the needs of our community. These include primary care, pediatrics, immunizations, OB/GYN, oral health, school-based health centers, immediate/walk-in care, internal medicine, behavioral health, substance use disorder and MAT treatment, mobile optometry, a pediatric wellness program, a 340B discount pharmacy, outreach initiatives, and more. Whether you need routine care, specialized treatment, or support in managing a chronic condition, our dedicated team of experienced providers is here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Who We Are

Family Medical Centers began in 2007 with two clinic locations in rural, south-central Kentucky. Since then, driven by the need for accessible, affordable care, our progressive board of directors, and our desire to fulfill our mission as a community health center, Family Medical Centers has evolved into the largest FQHC network in the state and the 13th largest in the nation. With 232 locations across 33 Kentucky counties, we reduce barriers to care by bringing the services to rural areas where services are most needed.
