First Choice Lincoln – Lincoln Family Medical Center officially opened on October 22, 2024, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.  The celebration welcomed the Stanford community, offering a first look at the modern new facility.

We are happy to have the opportunity to serve the growing healthcare needs of the citizens of Lincoln County with a state-of-the-art facility and high-quality immediate care and primary care services available seven days a week, 365 days a year. 

Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating this special occasion. A heartfelt thanks to U.S. Congressman Hal Rogers and State Representative David Meade for their presence and their ongoing support of Kentucky’s community health centers.
